My Path to Supporting You….

I’m Kaylee Miller, a Behaviour Consultant and the owner of Insightful Growth Pathways, an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) practice rooted in compassion, collaboration, and holistic care. Based in Langenburg, Saskatchewan and serving the Parkland region, I specialize in supporting children, youth, and families through evidence-based, person-centred approaches.

My work is guided by the belief that meaningful growth happens when science meets heart. I aim to make ABA natural, accessible, and affirming—supporting everyday routines, relationships, and independence while celebrating each individual’s strengths. Whether working with a preschooler beginning early intervention, a child developing communication and regulation skills, or a teen or adult developing executive functioning and life skills, my goal is always to foster confidence, connection, and capability across every environment.

As both a practitioner and a mom to two young children, I understand the patience, flexibility, and deep compassion required to support diverse needs. Parenting has been my greatest teacher and continuously shapes the empathy and balance I bring to every family I work with.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and am completing the final steps toward Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). My background also includes Communication Disorders, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education, and Special Education, providing a well-rounded understanding of human development and learning differences.

Although newly pursuing certification, I bring over 15 years of experience in the behavioural health and education field. My work has spanned early intervention, school-based consultation, home programs, and parent coaching. I’m passionate about blending behavioural science with a holistic and energetic approach, recognizing the importance of nurturing both the individual and their support system.

Outside of Work

Outside of my professional role, I find joy in spending time with my two girls and my husband, enjoying the outdoors, and being fully present in life’s simple moments. I love deep conversations, laughter that makes my cheeks hurt, and a great cup of coffee.

One of my favourite quotes—and a guiding force in both my work and life:

“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.”
— Alexander Den Heijer

This belief reflects my mission at Insightful Growth Pathways: creating supportive environments where every individual has the opportunity to grow and flourish.
