Kaylee Miller
Behaviour Consultant
(MA, ABA)
Kaylee Miller is a Behaviour Consultant and the owner of Insightful Growth Pathways, an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) practice rooted in compassion, collaboration, and holistic care. Based in Langenburg, Saskatchewan, she serves children, youth, and families across the Parkland region.
My Path to Supporting You
My work is guided by the belief that meaningful growth happens when science meets heart. I strive to make ABA natural, accessible, and affirming—supporting everyday routines, relationships, and independence while celebrating each individual’s strengths.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, from preschoolers beginning early intervention to children developing communication and regulation skills, as well as teens and adults building executive functioning and life skills. Across every stage, my goal is to foster confidence, connection, and capability in ways that feel respectful and empowering.
As both a practitioner and a mom to two young children, I understand the patience, flexibility, and deep compassion required to support diverse needs. Parenting has been my greatest teacher and continues to shape the empathy and balance I bring to every family I work with.
Professional Experience
Kaylee brings over 15 years of experience in the behavioural health and education field. Her work has included early intervention, school-based consultation, home programming, and parent coaching. She is deeply passionate about blending behavioural science with a holistic and energetic approach—recognizing that meaningful progress happens when both the individual and their support system are nurtured together.
