Hi, I’m Alexis. With over a decade of experience as a certified yoga instructor, I offer inclusive, thoughtfully guided practices designed to support the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with yourself. My classes—ranging from slow flow and yin to chair yoga and kids’ yoga—are accessible to all levels and emphasize mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle strength-building, often with a few moments of laughter along the way.

As a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, I provide fully clothed, floor-based bodywork that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and fascial release. Sessions are deeply restorative and tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking relaxation, improved mobility, or deeper physical and emotional release.

I am also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, with a special focus on the gut–brain connection and mental well-being. My approach is integrative and personalized, exploring nutrition alongside lifestyle, emotional, and environmental factors. Together, we create sustainable strategies—such as individualized meal plans, lifestyle adjustments, and supportive recommendations—that honour your unique needs and goals.

My work is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and a belief that true healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are supported together.
